Talk about the role of Real Madrid's 'promotional ambassador + agent'.

Vinicius Junior consistently contacted Jude Bellingham to help him transfer to Real Madrid.

Transfer market expert Fabricio Romano shared Vinicius' interview on his social media on the 14th (Korean time). He said, "I didn't know much about Bellingham, but I heard that other teams wanted him, so I texted him for months. I did the same thing I did with Eduardo Camavinga. I told him that Real were the best team in the world."

Born in 2003, England-born Bellingham is considered to be the next best soccer player. He came from the Birmingham City youth academy in England and attracted attention by making his first-team debut at the young age of 16 years and 38 days. Even after he moved to Dortmund in the summer of 2020, he continued to perform well.

As a result, many teams showed interest in him. Liverpool, Barcelona, and Manchester City were mentioned as candidates, but the final winner was Real. Real succeeded in securing Bellingham by paying 103 million euros (about 146.7 billion won) this summer. He has signed a long-term contract until the summer of 2029 and has been given the number 5 shirt worn by 'legend' Zinedine Zidane.

Bellingham has been performing outstandingly since joining Real. He has been scoring consistently since scoring his debut goal in the opening game of La Liga in Spain. Bellingham has 10 goals and 3 assists in 10 games across La Liga and the UEFA Champions League (UCL). He is showing a fierce scoring ability, scoring close to one goal per game.

And Vinicius revealed that during the process of Bellingham joining, he also acted as an 'agent'. Vinicius has never played with Bellingham before. However, after confirming that other teams were interested, he sent a text message to persuade Real Madrid to join him.

Vinicius is a Brazilian striker born in 2000. He joined Real in 2017, and his skills exploded starting in the 2021-22 season. At that time, Vinicius scored 17 goals and 10 assists in 35 league games. Last season, he also appeared in 33 league games and recorded 10 goals and 9 assists. He also made his presence known with 7 goals and 5 assists in 12 UCL games.

Starting this season, he will wear jersey number 7. While Bellingham was the new protagonist of Zidane's number 5 jersey, Vinicius took over the number from legendary players such as Raul González and Cristiano Ronaldo.
